Wire-tray Trunking is available in various cross sections from 53 mm x 46 mm to 620 mm x 110 mm and in heights of 60 mm and 100 mm, as mini-trunking from 40 mm x 20 mm in U-, C- and G-formats and as flat trays.

Easy preassembly and installation
Wire-tray Trunking manufactured from up to 6 mm thick zinc-galvanised steel or stainless steel wire for the best corrosion protection and robustness can be preassembled with two tools: the wire is simply clipped off where it is not needed. The segments are screwed together with connectors.

Insertable bent metal sheets and radius limiters protect cables at transitions and bends. Separating walls ensure the cable routing layout remains manageable and mounting plates allow components to be installed directly on the Wire-tray Trunking. Roof-shaped or flat covers can be clipped on – also available are full protection variants with side covers – to protect the cable installation.

A comprehensive range of fastenings with brackets, suspension brackets, beams, mounts, supporting legs and mounting plates as well as tools allow rational and safe installation in all environments.

PFLITSCH - Single Wire System

Safely carries single cables
Where single cables are to be routed in a group and supported firmly without the use of trunking, the Single Wire System SWS from PFLITSCH offers a better alternative to cable ties, clamps, hoses or hook and eye fastener tape.

SWS consists of bendable and yet robust 5 mm support rods with open routeing rings into which the cable is simply laid. Lines and hoses up to 16 mm can be safely accommodated – on straight sections or around corners.
